  • Lemon juice0.75 oz
  • Egg white(optional)
  • Lemon peel(garnish)

Equipment: Hawthorne strainer, Jigger, Cocktail shaker

Steps

  1. 1Dry-shake all ingredients (including egg white, if using) without ice for 15 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice and shake hard for 15 more seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
