Steps
- 1Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup (and egg white, if using) to a shaker without ice and dry-shake for 15 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake hard for 15 more seconds.
- 3Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
