  • Simple syrup0.75 oz
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda4 oz
  • Mint sprig(garnish)

Glassware: Highball glass

Ice: Crushed ice

Equipment: Muddler, Jigger, Bar spoon

Steps

  1. 1Muddle mint gently in a highball glass.
  2. 2Add lime juice and simple syrup, then fill with crushed ice.
  3. 3Top with club soda and stir.
  4. 4Garnish with mint and a lime wheel.
