  1. 1Add the vodka, Campari, elderflower liqueur, and vermouth to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
  2. 2Strain the resulting mixture into a rocks glass containing your desired amount of ice.
  3. 3Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
