Steps

1Add the strawberries and rum to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the strawberries are fully mashed.
2Add lime juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
3Fill the shaker half-way with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
4Double strain into a rocks glass or stemless wine glass with one large sphere of ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or strawberries, if desired.
