  • 0.75 oz
  • 0.5 oz
  • (garnish)

Glassware:

Ice: Cubed

Equipment: Hawthorne strainer, Jigger, Fine mesh strainer, Cocktail shaker

Steps

  1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice to build the foam.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
