Steps

  1. 1Caramelize the sugar in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2Add ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, and water, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in the cachaca, warm through without boiling, and serve garnished with orange and lime slices.
