Porn Star Martini

Ingredients

• Vanilla vodka1.75 oz
• Passion fruit liqueur (e.g. Passoa)0.75 oz
• Passion fruit puree1.75 oz
• Vanilla sugar2 barspoon
• Sparkling wine (served alongside)1.75 oz
• Half a passion fruit(garnish)0.5 each

Glassware: Coupe glass (plus a shot glass)

Ice: Up (no ice in glass)

Equipment: Jigger, Fine mesh strainer, Cocktail shaker

Steps

1. 1Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, and vanilla sugar to a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well and double strain into a large chilled cocktail glass.
3. 3Pour the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside.
4. 4Garnish with half a passion fruit dusted with vanilla sugar.
