Negroni

Ingredients

• London dry gin1 oz
• Sweet vermouth1 oz
• Bitter aperitivo1 oz
• Orange peel(garnish)

Glassware: Rocks glass

Ice: One large cube

Equipment: Mixing glass, Jigger, Bar spoon

Steps

1. 1Add gin, sweet vermouth, and bitter aperitivo to a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 20-30 seconds.
3. 3Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Express the orange peel and garnish.
