A popular, creamy shot that looks exactly like a tiny pint of beer, complete with a golden "lager" and a white "foamy head". It's made using just two ingredients: Licor 43 and heavy cream.

  1. 1Fill a mini mug or shot glass 3/4 of the way up with chilled Licor 43 (shake with ice if at room temp.)
  2. 2Slowly float heavy cream using the back of a bar spoon to layer it in top of the Licor 43 to give the appearance of a beer foam head.
  3. 3Bottoms up!
