  • Heavy cream0.5 oz

Glassware: Irish coffee glass (heatproof)

Ice: None (served hot)

Equipment: Jigger, Bar spoon

Steps

  1. 1Warm a heatproof glass.
  2. 2Add Irish whiskey, hot coffee, and simple syrup and stir.
  3. 3Gently float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it sits on top.
