Cohasset Punch

A rum and sweet vermouth punch invented in the 1890s by Chicago saloon keeper Louis Williams for a summer party at Cohasset, Massachusetts -- it became one of the city's signature drinks for nearly a century, sold bottled by the case until the bar that made it famous was torn down in 1986.
