Steps

  1. 1Add the Chartreuse, pineapple juice, lime juice, and falernum to a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. 2Swizzle with a barspoon until frost forms on the outside of the glass.
  3. 3Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig and fresh grated nutmeg.
